By using ProTrainer English, you agree to these terms.

ProTrainer Englishを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. Subscriptions (サブスクリプション)

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are managed by the user via App Store settings.

購入確定時にiTunesアカウントへ課金されます。サブスクリプションの管理・解約はApp Storeの設定からユーザー自身で行ってください。

• Automatic Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  自動更新: 現在の期間が終了する少なくとも24時間前に自動更新をオフにしない限り、サブスクリプションは自動的に更新されます。
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  更新料の請求: 現在の期間が終了する前の24時間以内に、アカウントに対して更新料が請求されます。

3. Disclaimer of Warranties (免責事項)

This app is provided "as is" without any guarantees regarding the improvement of English skills. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this app.

当アプリは現状有姿で提供され、英語力の向上を保証するものではありません。アプリの使用により生じた損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

4. Intellectual Property Rights (知的財産権)

All content included in this app, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the app owner or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of any part of this app is strictly prohibited.

当アプリに含まれるすべてのコンテンツ（テキスト、グラフィック、ロゴ、画像、ソフトウェアなど）の著作権およびその他の知的財産権は、当方またはコンテンツ提供者（Apple等）に帰属します。
当アプリの一部または全部を、許可なく複製、改変、配布、リバースエンジニアリングすることは固く禁止します。

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
